Anger: feeling of strong negative emotions, aggression: behaviour or action taken that is hostile, destructive and violent. It can also be physical assault, throwing objects, property damage, self-harming behaviours or verbal threats or insults. Anger and aggression both are gripping their control over our minds, hearts and bodies in this competitive life. We are all so much engaged in our day-to-day activities, arguments, challenges or trifles; We didn’t even realise that we had lost our internal peace, silence and patience. We lost that duration of seconds before reacting to some stimulus. But everything can’t be put off, especially when its harmful impacts are visible to us.
We can adopt some additional habits in our daily routine to get rid of anger and aggression. We all multitask for a number of times surely in our schedule but these habits need to be followed as a lonely figure. Habits like meditating, concentrating, introspection, environmental exposure and last but not least derivation of passion. These all may sound common but can’t be taken for granted. These are important and should be included particularly in our to-do list. It is really helpful to stay happy, healthy and wealthy. Also, happiness automatically leads to efficiency and productivity.
